"Terrible customer service - as is noted by other reviews below (wish I would have read them first). The office manager Jessica is rude and dismissive of customers and their concerns, they are deceptive and claim that they call and text when they do not. They don't respond to repeated emails, and often let their phones go unanswered during business hours. Look elsewhere, they aren't anything like a good neighbor! __________________________ Update: I am updating my review (from 1 to 3 stars) to reflect what appears to be better standard assistance that I received from Kimberly today. I was notified (albeit 5 days later) that there had been a problem with my payment. I received nothing regarding this from State Farm or my bank prior to today at 1307, so. . .as I am working it was nice that I was able to pay again via text as I can't talk on the phone with them or the bank to figure out what this is about. Kimberly advised me that she took care of any fees or lapse, which is nice, as they have already raised my rates 2x this year despite no tickets or at fault accidents, and when I called at renewal I was advised that this is just due to the area? Humm. . ."

"I transferred to this agent after my previous agent retired. I called the office several times but was unable to reach anyone, so I left a voicemail asking whether cancellation was an option or if I needed to wait until my 6-month policy term was over. I also inquired about the process of canceling my State Farm insurance, as my rate kept increasing and I had been offered a Liberty Mutual policy for $70 less per month. About 3–4 days later, I received a text message stating that my policy had been canceled. I never spoke to anyone directly, and this left me uninsured for several days. Unfortunately, during that exact time, I drove my car out of town for the first time in about six months. Thankfully, nothing happened, but it could have been awful if I had needed coverage and discovered I was uninsured based on a voicemail alone. Fortunately, Liberty Mutual was able to start a policy for me today, so I am no longer uninsured."

"I quoted multiple companies and none compared to the level of customer service or peace of mind I got from Connor at the Justin Hahn - State Farm office. Not only did he quote me a competitive price for a policy equal to what I had with another company, he walked me through the policies I was agreeing to step by step. "Terrible Terrible. They lie and then lie again. I left once. Looks like I'm leaving again. People coming in have appointment and nobody there to except the appointment. Tell me on phone to bring tow receipt in they will cut me a check right there. I drive over there in the heat no air conditioning in my truck wasted my gas and time had to deal with heat it was brutal. Never again never again"

"Had him as my agent for a few years and was highly satisfied with him and his staff until about two years ago. One of his agents (Sean) handled switching my insurance on one vehicle that was unfortunately repossessed and had collision coverage to a replacement vehicle that I had downgraded to comprehensive. He failed to change the coverage and kept collision on it for roughly two months then told me I had said to leave it as collision, which I hadn't said. During this time the office relocated and I went there personally to see Sean after wrangling with him about the case...I could not find the office, nor could I reach anyone by phone to find where they were. I cancelled the policy and requested a refund of the difference of the collision v comprehensive for the past two months of the erroneous coverage. The policy was cancelled but I never received the refund, which I figured to be around $60. Fast forward to this past Monday (5/13/24). I received a call from Jessica (?) asking if I would consider coming back. I stated no because of what had happened with Sean (they would not refer the case to anyone else and Justin did not partake either). Now, Jessica is a very pleasant and light-hearted soul but when I kept mentioning Sean she kept laughing about the case and said he was no longer there. Well, he was gone, and so was my money. And I took it that she thought that was funny. Click."
